Inspired Journey Consulting’s mission is to help ambitious women of color and allies break free from hustle culture and become the main character of their lives. We support people-focused organizations to levitate over the nonsense that has them spinning, so they can rise to an executive-level mindset.
Our vision is to create a world where people who have been silenced for too long reclaim the power of their voice. We see safe spaces with proper representation, equity, vulnerability, and endless possibilities. We aim to give you back those stolen dreams.

The Why Behind It All
In 2007, the floor dropped out from under me and I had to face the pain I’d been pushing down for decades.
It’s in these moments we discover who we really are, the depth of our strength, how we want to love and be loved, and what kind of people we want in our lives. Since then I choose happiness, I choose respect, I choose those with the desire to grow and the courage to follow through.
But I still fall down and that is part of the journey. It’s what inspired me to help others like me – those who have begun the work of healing or maybe been on the path a while, but realize something is still getting in their way. Women of color and allies who want to be the best at what they love or what they’re focused on. Individuals who give and give and give, but need to be replenished.
What I now know is it’s your self-doubt monster that is blocking your best life. But with MAGIC, I can help you quiet the noise. You deserve to be the main character in your movie instead of behaving like an extra.
The Latina in the Mirror
It took me a long time to realize people didn’t see me as the person who was first abused at three-years-old. So why was I seeing that in the mirror? Now I own who I am today, honor who I was yesterday, and am excited for who I’ll be growing into tomorrow. I’m a Latina, a 4/6 Projector with the noisy Saboteurs, Hyper-Achiever and Pleaser. And I’m always evolving, which means I’m constantly finding new ways to help my clients.
Inspired Journey is a celebration of my authentic self, a gift to help others, and the amplifying of voices that were silenced for too long.
